More communication with the town hall

How can the town hall communicate more with the inhabitants of Benahavis? The only way one can know what is decided in the town council meetings, is to go to the town hall and look if anything important has been decided, since it has to be posted for two months to become valid. However, no one knows when the meetings are being held, and then it is not certain something concerning you has been discussed. That way, the construction norm of 2 floors has been changed into 3 floors, without it being known to the majority of the inhabitants.
